How long does shipping take within the United States?

Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Are Bali Body products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and our formulas are free from animal-derived ingredients.

Can I use Bali Body tanning oils if I have sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with skin-loving, natural ingredients. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before full application to ensure compatibility with your skin.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Do the tanning oils contain SPF?

We offer both SPF and non-SPF versions of our tanning oils. We highly recommend using our SPF15 options or applying a high-factor sunscreen underneath for sun protection.
